More broadly, the Dow Jones Industrial Average remained flat, the Nasdaq climbed 0.2% and the S&P 500 was unchanged.

• Spirit Aerosystems Holdings (SPR): SPR stock is up 2.6% today.

• The Middleby Corp (MIDD): MIDD stock is up 0.9% today.

• Zebra Technologies Corp (ZBRA): ZBRA stock is up 0.6% today.

• Foster Wheeler Ag. (FWLT): FWLT stock is up 0.7%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Simon Property Group (SPG): SPG stock is up 0.6% today.

• Fluor Corp (FLR): FLR stock is up 0.2% today.

• Rockwell Collins (COL): COL stock is up 0.5%, marking the eighth consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Armstrong World Industries Inc (AWI): AWI stock is up 0.2%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has increased.

• KB Home (KBH): KBH stock is up 0.1% today.

Some of the biggest losers among capital goods stocks include:

• Granite Construction Inc (GVA): GVA stock is down 9.2% today.

• Astronics Corp (ATRO): ATRO stock is down 4.6% today.

• Standard Pacific LP (SPF): SPF stock is down 3.1% today.

• Embraer-Empresa Brasileira De Aeronautica (ERJ): ERJ stock is down 3.3% today.

• Mastec Inc (MTZ): MTZ stock is down 2.3% today.

• Chart Industries (GTLS): GTLS stock is down 2.2% today.

• M.D.C. Holdings (MDC): MDC stock is down 1.7% today.

• Exelis Inc. Common Stock New Wh (XLS): XLS stock is down 2.4% today.

• Alliant Techsystems Inc (ATK): ATK stock is down 1.8% today.

• Agco Corp (AGCO): AGCO stock is down 1.7% today.
