apple-rumors-watch-games-aaplGames: One of the first Apple (AAPL) Watch games has been shown off by its developers, reports MacRumors. The Watch game, which is being created by NimbleBit, was shown in mock-up form. The game has users trying to create words related to a named subject. Letters to create these words are set up in a 3×3 grid. Having simple, but entertaining, games on Watch could be a real draw for users that don’t want to pull out their smartphones. Other developers are working on games for the device, which is rumored to have a March release.

iPhone: NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden won’t use iPhones because he claims they have technology to spy on users built into them, BGR notes. Snowden claims that the Apple smartphones have software that tracks a user’s actions and collects data on them without their knowing. Snowden believes that the software can be activated on its own and that users wouldn’t know when it was on or off. Due to these beliefs, he has chosen to stick with a simple cellphone.

Yosemite: Apple has released a new OS X Yosemite preview build to testers, reports 9to5Mac. The new preview build for OS X Yosemite released to testers is of version 10.10.2. The build is identified as 14C106a. The previous preview build was released to testers about a week ago. Testers can update to the new build via the Mac App Store and it comes in at 564MB.
