Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) is launching an upgrade in Windows 10.
The move is set to blow Windows 8 out of the water and offer some old user features along with new ones.

- The Start menu is coming back with the operating system. The apps you use the most will show more frequently on the menu.
- There is a section called Places being added, providing access to File Explorer for managing your files, the Power button, and the Settings command in the Start menu.
- The Start menu also combines the tiles from the Windows Start screen with the old look of the menu.
- The upgrading process is set to be smoother and easier, preserving files so things don’t get lost.
- The Cortana voice assistant will help make the user experience easier.
- The Edge browser is a more modern way of using the Internet.
- The Windows Hello biometric security lets you log in using your face or finger.
