Walmart (NYSE:WMT) is testing an in-store customer service texting app.
The service is an easier way to make your way through the retailer’s aisles as it uses both bots and customer service reps to help you in the store.
With the Walmart app, you can text to a number provided in-stores and you get a response from either stored data or a live person who works with the app.
WMT stock is down 0.6% Tuesday.
