Amazon Prime Movies: New Releases for November 2015

The selection of Amazon Prime Movies (NASDAQ:AMZN) for next month has been announced.

November’s new releases for Prime subscribers includes 27 movies and TV series that will appease audiences of all ages and fans of all genres.

The film that got Brad Pitt banned from Tibet — Seven Years in Tibet — is included in the early November releases with Amazon Prime.

Heath Ledger’s last film — The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus — is also making it to the retailer’s exclusive movie streaming service.

New Releases

  • Desk Set – Comedy: Spencer Tracy and Katharine Hepburn star in this 1957 comedy, directed by Walter Lang.
  • The Enemy Below – Action: This fierce World War II battle pits an American destroyer with a German U-Boat.
  • The Craft – R/Drama: Catholic prep school girls practice witchcraft in this mid-90s film.
  • Adam Sandler’s Eight Crazy Nights – PG-13/Animation: An alcoholic goes to community service and tries to reform his bad habits.
  • The Newton Boys – PG-13/Action: These bank robbers don’t need violence to get the job done.

  • Awakenings – PG-13/Biography: The late Robin Williams plays a doctor who treats Robert DeNiro’s character, suffering from encephalitis.
  • Tell – R/Action: Stealing $1 million is easy until everyone around you wants to steal it from you.
  • The Adventures of Milo and Otis – G/Adventure: A cat and dog join forces in this animated classic
  • The Mask of Zorro – PG-13/Action: Antonio Banderas plays Zorro, who goes on a vengeful quest in this 1998 film.

  • The Yes Men Are Revolting – Documentary: This documentary explores environmental dangers and corporate greed.
  • Wolf Hall – Drama: Thomas Cromwell becomes one of King Henry VIII’s close advisors in this miniseries.

  • The Joe Show – Documentary: This documentary looks at controversial Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s life.

  • Mr. Selfridge: Season 3 – Drama: This drama stars Jeremy Piven as the title character, who founded a London department store.
