A grape costumes is one of the easiest to pull off. It just takes some tape and several purple balloons.

This one might be a little too easy, but it’s clever. Just take some nickles and tape them to the back of a shirt.
Fifty Shades of Grey
This one might take a little more work, but it’s basically free. Head down to a local paint shop and grab a bunch of the free gray paint color samples cards a paste them all over your body.
Waldo
A Waldo costume is fun and simple. It requires a red and white striped shirt and beanie, blue jeans and round glasses.
Mario & Luigi
These two plumbers are easy to dress up as. The easy Halloween costumes require a pair of overalls and either a red or green shirt and hat, depending on which brother you’re going as.
Minions
This one is about as easy as Mario & Luigi. All that’s needed is a pair of overalls, a yellow shirt, some yellow face paint and glasses.
Politician
This one really only requires a business suit and some creative hair styling. However, a wig might work better for some costumes.
Hulk Hogan
It’s not hard to look like Hulk Hogan. Pants, a red bandanna, a yellow tank top and a handlebar mustache are all it takes to complete this costume.
Hulk
Hulk may be the easiest superhero to dress up as. A pair of purple shorts and a lot of green body paint is all it takes.
