Ben & Jerry’s Homemade, Inc. has announced three new ice cream flavors.

These new ice cream flavors are part of Ben & Jerry’s core line. This type of ice cream is separate from others due to the core ingredient, which is literally a cylinder of one flavor that runs down the middle of the tub.
Here are the three new core ice cream flavors added by Ben & Jerry’s.
- Brownie Batter — This is a mix of vanilla and chocolate ice cream that has fudge brownies in it. The core is unbaked brownie batter.
- Cookies & Cream Cheesecake — This new flavor has a core of cheesecake that is surrounded by cheesecake and chocolate ice creams that have dabs of chocolate cookies in them.
- Coconuts for Caramel — This ice cream is made up of caramel and coconut that have flakes of fudge and a core or caramel.
