The newest product from the coffee giant is a combination of a craft beer — an India Pale Ale (IPA) — and a shot of espresso. The creation is called an Espresso Cloud and it was created by a loyal company employee.

Justin Burns-Beach is the genius behind this beverage, which he created while working at the Starbucks Reserve Roastery & Tasting Room. Before this, he worked at a Phoenix Starbucks for eight years as a barista.

Starbucks notes that the Espresso Cloud IPA is one part coffee and one part craft beer, and you can either enjoy them separately or together by dropping the espresso shot inside the beer.

The espresso is iced and foamy, and the combination of the two products creates an espresso “shaken over ice with orange pieces and a touch of sweet vanilla. Shaking the espresso produces a rich cloud of micro-foam with accents of citrus and vanilla. The foam is layered on top of a freshly poured IPA, and the beer is served with the cold-shaken espresso shot on the side.”

Over the summer, Starbucks announced that it was expanding its healthcare benefits for employees to become a friendlier environment for workers.

The company also decided to start offering almond milk as an option starting in September.

SBUX shares edged 0.5% higher Friday.
