The fast food chain says that it will start offering the Venison Sandwich to customers across the U.S. on Oct. 21. This deer sandwich originally showed up in 2016, but was only available at select stores in fives states.

Arby’s Venison Sandwich will only be available in limited quantities. Once those are gone, customers are out of luck. The company decided to launch the nationwide event for the deer sandwich after its success last year.

The Arby’s Venison Sandwich includes a thick-cut venison steak topped with crispy onions and  juniper berry sauce. A toasted specialty roll holds the deer sandwich together. The deer meat is “marinated in garlic, salt and pepper and then sous-vide for three hours.”

“On October 21, we want hunters and meat enthusiasts across the country to visit their local Arby’s and enjoy this amazing sandwich,” Jim Taylor, CMO for the fast food chain, said in a statement. “It’s a perfect example of the level of innovation coming from our teams and our commitment to creating experiences that guests can only get at Arby’s.”

Alongside the announcement that its Venison Sandwich is coming back to stores, Arby’s has also announced another unique offering. The chain says that it will also start selling an Elk Sandwich on Oct. 21. This will also be a limited menu item and will only be available at the following three stores.
