  • Shares of JPMorgan Chase (NYSE:JPM) rose 0.4% after the company posted first-quarter earnings and revenue that beat Wall Street’s expectations.
  • Identive Group (NASDAQ:INVE) fell nearly 22% to $4.45 after doubling on Tuesday following news that the company’s technology would be used for a Google (NASDAQ:GOOG) Places marketing campaign.
  • ASML Holding (NASDAQ:ASML) dropped 2.2.% after the company beat analysts’ first-quarter profit and revenue expectations and said second-quarter revenue would come in above estimates.
  • Silgan Holdings (NASDAQ:SLGN) jumped more than 11% on news the company will buy Graham Packaging (NYSE:GRM) in a deal worth about $4.1 billion. The agreement values Graham shares at $19.56, a 17% premium to its closing price on Tuesday.
  • Adtran (NASDAQ:ADTN) shares gained 2% after the company beat Wall Street’s first-quarter earnings and revenue estimates.
