ABC will be live streaming the Oscar awards ceremony from the Academy Awards on Sunday.

Don’t get too excited. ABC has some strict rules in place for who exactly can live stream the Oscars ceremony. First of all, those wanting to live stream the Academy Awards must live in one of eight cities. Secondly, those living in one of those eight cities must already pay for live TV through one of eight providers, reports CNET.
Here are the eight cities where the Academy Awards will be live streamed.

- Los Angeles
- Chicago
- Philadelphia
- San Francisco
- Houston
- Raleigh-Durham
- Fresno, Calif.
Now for the eight providers that viewers must have to live stream the Academy Awards.
