Big Bang Theory season eight has come to an end and its time to look over the final episode. If you haven’t watched the last episode of season eight, then consider this a warning: There will be spoilers ahead!
Here’s what went down in the finale of Big Bang Theory season 8, as reported by Variety.
- Sheldon and Amy — The episode started with these two talking about their different views of commitment. It ended with Amy asking for a break in their relationship and Sheldon revealing he was planning to propose to her.
- Raj and Emily — Raj realizes in this episode that he’s uncomfortable around his girlfriend Emily, but he doesn’t have the guts to tell her and their relationship continues.
- Howard, Bernadette and Stuart — Howard and Bernadette decide they want to kick Stuart out of their house, but can’t bring themselves tell him and he remains living with them.
- Leonard and Penny — These two talk about their long engagement and decide to get married. They drive to Las Vegas to do so, but the episode leaves their story with a cliffhanger.
Big Bang Theory executive producer Steven Molaro said that writing for season nine of the show hasn’t started yet. He also said that they haven’t started thinking about how to conclude the series,
