Facebook Inc (FB) has updated its Facebook Messenger app and redesigned it.
Here are a few things to know about the new Facebook Messenger redesign.
- Messenger users now see their most recent conversations at the top of the screen when signing in.
- A new “Favorites” tab has been added with the people users communicate with the most.
- Another new tab lists birthdays for the day so they’re easy to remember.
- Active Now is the last new tab added and it shows users that are currently on the service.
- There’s also a secret soccer game that users can now play in Facebook Messenger.
