Siri Tweaked to Give New Answer to Best Smartphone Ever Question: Apple has changed Siri’s response to inquiries for the “best smartphone ever,” Apple Insider says. Last week it emerged that the voice assistant was recommending the Nokia (NYSE:NOK) Lumia 900, which runs Microsoft’s (NASDAQ:MSFT) Windows, when users asked what was the “best smartphone ever.” The response resulted from the way searches are phrased in the Wolfram Alpha algorithms used by Siri. The voice assistant has now been updated to reply to the question with the witty rejoinder, “You’re kidding, right?” Apple Insider says.
