Facebook is suing Paul Ceglia following his false claims that were dismissed in courts. It’s also suing the lawyers that represented him and claim that they knew he used forged documents in his case, reports Fortune.

Facebok filed its lawsuit with the New York Supreme Court and is seeking compensations for treble and punitive damages. DLA Piper, one of the firms that represented Ceglia, has claimed that the lawsuit is baseless, Fortune notes.

According to Cnet, Ceglia was hoping to see similar results from his lawsuit as what the Winklevoss twins got from their 2011 lawsuit, which pocketed them $65 million.

FB shares were up 1% as of Tuesday afternoon.
