Probendi is a company in Europe that is suing the tech company for using iWatch in Google ads. It claims that AAPL is using the term to redirect traffic to its products. However, the Dublin-based company owns the iWatch trademark in Europe. The company claims that it warned Apple about its’ trademark before the Watch launched and said it has it’s own plans for a smartwatch using the iWatch name.

iPhone: A graphic designer has released what they believe Apple’s iPhone 8 could look like, BGR notes. The designer imagines that the iPhone 8 will be sporting a 2K display and that it won’t have a front-facing camera. The proposed device is also thinner than the current generation of iPhones and has slimmer bezels around the screen. The designer also speculates that iPhone 8 could support wireless charging and have virtual reality features built in. There’s a video that shows off what all the designer thinks will be different about the iPhone 8.

TV: A new rumor claims that Apple’s TV streaming service is coming along, reports New York Post. According to this rumor, many networks have been in talks with their affiliates to obtain rights to have their content streamed over multiple of the tech company’s devices. There are still a lot of negotiations to go through before the whole thing is said and done, but some unnamed sources claim that the Apple TV streaming service will be ready to launch in late fall at the earliest.
