Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ:YHOO) has announced a new service called Yahoo View.

Yahoo, Yahoo View, HuluYahoo View is a new website that allows users to watch TV shows and is powered by Hulu. Hulu is a streaming service that’s a joint venture between Walt Disney Co (NYSE:DIS), Twenty-First Century Fox Inc (NASDAQ:FOX,NASDAQ:FOXA), Comcast Corporation (NASDAQ:CMCSA) and Time Warner Inc (NYSE:TWX).

Here are a few things to know about Yahoo View.

  • The new website offers streaming for TV shows, anime, movies and Korean dramas.
  • There is no subscription fee required to use the service.
  • Viewers can check out clips and extras for episodes and movies streaming on the website.
  • These clips can remain hidden during streaming to avoid possible spoilers.
  • Users can also search through the extra content while still watching the episode.
  • The website has a connection to Tumblr so that users can easily connect with different fandoms.
  • The service lets visitors watch the last five episodes of TV shows from ABC, NBC and Fox eight days after they’ve aired.
