DBS – Silver ETF May Outshine Gold

PowerShares DB Silver Fund (DBS) — This exchange-traded fund (ETF), which is intended to reflect the changes in the market value of silver, is in a powerful recovery after losing half its value following a fall that ended last November.

Since the fund closely reflects the price of silver, buyers should base their decision to purchase the fund on future expectations of the metal.

Silver has outperformed gold this year, and many commodity specialists think that will continue.

DBS is now in a bullish channel with support at around $24 and resistance at about $30. The Moving Average Convergence/Divergence (MACD) is oversold.

ETF Connect says that its net asset value (NAV) is $25.65.
