High Options Volume by Strike

Citi (NYSE: C) back on top here with the C Apr 11 4.5 Call selling at .05 with volume of 104,234, followed by iShares MSCI Japan Index (NYSE: EWJ) at .16 with 40,055 contracts trading. The SPDR S&P 500 (NYSE: SPY) has been busy with three strikes in the 10 highest trading strikes. The SPY 1Q 11 133 Call is down to .12 with 38,229 contracts traded.

Major option volume in the SPY with the ETF at 132.88 and 580,392 contracts traded. The S&P 500 Index Options (CBOE: SPX) was busy as usual with volume of 169,350, followed buy the PowerShares QQQ Trust (NASDAQ: QQQ) unchanged at 57.35 and 154,856 options trading. One equity seeing large options volume is the Las Vegas Sands (NYSE: LVS) down 1.74 to 41.73. Options trading reached 73, 892 this morning.

Stocks seeing the largest jumps in trading volume include Sciquest (NASDAQ: SCI) with 952,356 shares traded, an increase of 1328%, as SQI dropped .15 to 14.45. Ambassadors Internet (NASDAQ: AMIE) is up .52 to 2.85 as volume rises 957% to 2.1 million shares.  Trading volume in Semgroup Corp. (NYSE: SEMG) rises 621% to 3.4 million shares as the stock drops 4.29 to 28.18.

Three D Systems (NASDAQ: TDSC) again makes an appearance on our lists with open interest of 1,997, a rise 552%. Signet Jewelers (NYSE: SIG) seeing its open interest go to 5,833, rising 418%, and BroadSoft (NASDAQ: BSFT) OI at 5,822, a rise of 413%.
