Joy Corrigan, an American model, is suing Apple (AAPL) over nude photo leaks.

Corrigan, 20, claims that she warned Apple about problems with its iCloud security twice before the major celebrity nude photo leaks occurred. The model claims that she was hacked twice and nude photos of her were leaked online. She also said that the company told her she was the target of phishing and that she just needed to change her password, reports The Daily Mail.
Now Corrigan is filing a class-action lawsuit against Apple and is hoping others that were affected by the leak, such as Jennifer Lawrence and Kate Upton, will join her. The company has denied that its security was at fault and said it’s working with the FBI to investigate the matter, The Daily Mail notes.
Many of the nude photo leaks that involved over 100 celebrities were posted to 4Chan, an image-sharing board. A full list of celebrities that were allegedly affected by the leak can be seen here.
