These users have noted that fixing this issue requires a hard reboot of the iPad Pro. After rebooting the device, users have noted that the tablet has a 100% charge to its battery. The issue affects 32GB and 128GB versions of the device running iOS 9.1. Performing a factory reset may fix the problem.
