According to festivusweb.com, Festivus is a holiday that was first seen in Seinfeld and was featured in the episode The Strike. The phrase that goes along with the fictional holiday is “A Festivus for the rest of us!”

• Festivus Pole — This acts as the tree for the holiday and is simply an undecorated aluminum pole.
• Airing of Grievances — This is a time when those celebrating the holiday can complain about what bothered them during the last year.
• Festivus Dinner — The main meal of this holiday is meatloaf.
• Feats of Strength — This is a competition that has guests for the holiday wrestling to pin the head of the household.
