Amazon.com, Inc. (AMZN) customers are signing a petition to have the company stop selling Donald Trump products.
The petition was started by feminist group UltraViolet Action and it reads as follows:
Dear Mr. Bezos,
As an Amazon customer, I am deeply disappointed that you have yet to sever your business relationship with Donald Trump. His hatred should have no place in the Amazon marketplace.Donald Trump’s misogyny, racism, and outright bigotry are dominating the political news cycle. He has encouraged violence at his rallies, mocked his opponent’s wife, and even refused to denounce his campaign manager who was recently arrested for violently assaulting a female reporter.
Last year, Macy’s stopped selling Donald Trump’s menswear line in response to his comments calling Mexicans “rapists.” It’s long past time for Amazon to follow Macy’s lead, sever its ties with Trump, and stop profiting off of his brand of hate.

The petition is asking those that sign to include how regularly they shop at Amazon and also includes a section for them to report how much they spend at the online retailer every year. The petition currently has over 50,000 signatures.
