On The Border (NYSE:EAT) is drawing in consumers looking for affordable drinks on Cinco de Mayo with a slate of drink, beer and shot specials.
If you’re looking for something a bit more exotic, Papa Murphy’s (NASDAQ:FRSH) is combining its pizzas with traditional Mexican fare with the Taco Grande and Steak Fajitas pizzas.
For larger parties, Chipotle (NYSE:CMG) and Rubio’s are the way to go, as they are offering catering specials for large parties.
