The Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 is a new concept car from Daimler AG (OTCMKTS:DDAIF) that has a retro look.
The new Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 is being shown off by the car company at the Monterey Car Week taking place at the Monterey Peninsula from Aug. 16 to Aug. 21. The last event showing off the car will be held at Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance on Aug. 21.
The new car is 18.5 feet in length. It has a long hood and its design hearkens back to the aero coupes of the past. However, this new car is designed to be electric. It has a 550 kW output and a range of 200 miles, according to the EPA.
The design of the new Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 also includes gullwing doors, 24-inch wheels, what is called a “boat tail” rear and more. The front windshield of the car also acts as a full transparent display that can provide a plethora of information to drivers.
