T-Mobile Us Inc (NASDAQ:TMUS) is now offering free Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ:NFLX) as a freebie to some customers.

T-MobileThe carrier announced this week that anyone with an unlimited data plan with the company will get a free Netflix account to boot. The perk is called “Netflix on Us” and T-Mobile is hoping it will lure customers from competitors to its books.

The company’s unlimited data plans apply to the T-Mobile One plan with at least two voice lines. The offer will kick off starting Tuesday, Sept. 12 and it can be activated either online, by calling or at one of the carrier’s physical locations.

A number of other T-Mobile plans will net you free Netflix, including customers who took advantage of the carrier’s “line-on-us” promotions. However, people with the two-lines-for-$100 plan and the Unlimited 55+ plans can get Netflix  “by switching to the latest T-Mobile One plan,” the company said.

The online movie and TV streaming site regularly sets you back $9.99 per month, allowing HD video quality, as well as simultaneous viewing on up to two device. The highest video quality with Netflix comes in the form of a $11.99 plan that offers 4K quality and more simultaneous streaming lines.

If you opt for the latter plan with T-Mobile One, an extra $2 will be added to your phone bill each month, the company added.

TMUS stock is up 0.2% Wednesday, while NFLX shares soared 2.7%.
