The change of the seasons is upon us as spring is behind us and the hottest part of the year is only a few days away from beginning. The first day of summer takes place this coming Thursday, June 21, which is known as the summer solstice as it is the day in which we experience the most amount of sunlight due to the Earth’s position relative to the sun.
