Chick-Fil-A is giving away free breakfast to certain customers.
The offer from Chick-Fil-A involves its mobile app. Customers that stop by the restaurant chain during the month of September can get one free breakfast entree if they have the app downloaded and have made an account on it.
The Chick-Fil-A free breakfast will lest customers choose between one of three entrees. This includes the company’s Chicken Biscuit, the Egg White Grill or the Hash Brown Scramble.
“Treating customers to breakfast is our way of thanking them for dining with us, and is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the benefits of using our mobile app, Chick-fil-A One,” Michael Lage, senior manager of digital experience for Chick-fil-A, said in a statement.
Chick-Fil-A One is the mobile app that customers will need to have to get their free breakfast this month. The app is available for devices running Alphabet Inc’s (NASDAQ:GOOG,GOOGL) Google Android or Apple Inc’s (NASDAQ:AAPL) iOS. It has been available for download since June 1, 2016.
Chick-Fil-A notes that its mobile app is an effort to make ordering from its easier. It allows customers to place orders and skip lines when showing up at the store to pick them up. The company specifically mentions that Millennial parents have been using technology to make their lives easier and it likely hopes to draw them in with its app.
The offer for free breakfast from the chain lasts from Aug. 31 to Sept. 30.
