According to recent rumors, this addition to WhatsApp updates will be called “Delete for Everyone.” The rumors claim that the company is in the late stages of testing this features and that it will likely come out in the near future.

The rumors surrounding the new WhatsApp updates says that the servers are now able to handle this feature. However, this doesn’t mean that users can take advantage of it yet. Still, the feature will likely be easy enough for the developer to enable and add easily add to devices.

Talk surrounding the new WhatsApp updates include how exactly Delete for Everyone will work. The rumors claim that this will allow users to recall sent messages, but that it will also remove the notification of the message from the receiver’s profile, reports Express.

WhatsApp belongs to Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB). The new Delete for Everyone feature will reportedly be available on devices running Apple Inc.’s (NASDAQ:AAPL) iOS or Alphabet Inc’s (NASDAQ:GOOG,GOOGL) Android.
