Apple (AAPL) iPhone 6 owners have the chance of trading their mobile phone for a house.

A man is looking to trade a decrepit, three-bedroom house in Detroit for an iPhone 6 or a 32GB iPad. The homeowner — who lives in Austria — has never lived in Detroit and bought the house in 2010 with the hopes of selling it for a profit.
The house is missing a front door and its windows are broken. The owner first acquired it for $41,000 and admits he was duped as the previous owner paid $10,500 for the same house only two weeks earlier.
The desperate attempt to sell the house stems from the upcoming foreclosure that will force the owner to pay $6,000 in back taxes. Real estate broker Larry Else said the house has already received four offers.
One person offered an iPhone 5 while another offered $850. Else believes a deal could be reached by the end of the day.
AAPL stock is up about 1.9% Wednesday afternoon.
