Pokemon Go cheaters will not be able to play the game anymore when caught.

Developer Niantic, Inc. announced earlier this month that tricking the system in any way will net you a ban. Now, the company has expanded on its previous announcement by saying that cheaters will be banned for life.
One violation will get you banned, the company added. Some of the moves that are against Pokemon Go’s rules including falsifying your location, the use of emulators, beefing up your game with modified third-party software, or accessing the inner workings of the game in an unauthorized manner.
“Our goal is to provide a fair, fun and legitimate game experience for everyone,” Niantic wrote. With such a rule in place, there is always room for error and you can appeal your ban if you feel if it was unwarranted.
Speaking of bans, Iran decided to ban Pokemon Go earlier this month
in the Middle-Eastern nation due to “security concerns.” There have been several cases around the world of people trespassing, falling from a cliff and causing other forms of disruption while playing the game.
On a lighter note, fans of the game will be happy to hear that a wearable accessory that complements the game will finally be released in September, for $34.99. The tool was originally slated for a July release.
Plenty of buzz was created earlier this month (Pokemon Go has dominated the news in August) as an Ohio player reportedly caught the first Articuno — one of the three legendary Birds — in the game.
