The Amazon hiring for the holiday season in 2014 will include 14% more employees that what it hired for the holiday season last year. This comes as the company expands it services. These employees will work at the company’s 50 fulfillment centers and its sortation centers, reports Fortune.

Most of the employees from the Amazon hiring will only be seasonal workers. However, those hoping to stay after the holiday season ends may have a chance. The online retailer has made 10% of its seasonal workers into full-time employees during this year, Fortune notes.

Walmart (WMT) has announced that it will be hiring 60,000 workers this year for the holiday season.  Kohl’s (KSS) plans to hire 67,000 seasonal workers in 2014.
