The new Red Lobster menu will see seafood take up 85% of the menu. This is an increase from the 75% of seafood on the previous menu. The change comes after Darden Restaurants (DRI)  sold off the seafood chain to private equity firm Golden Gate Capital, reports the Associated Press.

The menu changes at Red Lobster will see a 50% increase in shrimp with the restaurant’s Ultimate Feast platter. Out of the five new items being added to the menu, four of them include lobster. The menu will also get updated with more pictures of food and will be easier to read, the Associated Press notes.

“Lobster isn’t our middle name, it is our name. That’s why with this menu we introduced a variety of new, craveable lobster-based dishes,” Salli Setta, President of Red Lobster, told Orlando Sentinel.
