The Super Saturn planet, which is identified as “J1407b”, has rings around it that are 200 times larger than Saturn’s. The planet has over 30 rings and has a mass that is 10 to 40 times greater than Saturn. Astronomers got a good look at the planet due to an eclipse that lasted for several weeks, reports USA Today.

Super Saturn was first discovered by astronomers back in 2012. It orbits its own star, which is labeled “J1407”, and has gaps in its rings. It’s believed that these gaps are where the planet has moons orbiting it, similar to those around Saturn, USA Today notes.

The Super Saturn’s rings are estimated to be made up of enough dust particles to equal the Earth’s mass. The planet only orbits around its sun once every 10 years, reports Discover.
