Chipotle said that 90% of its 1,878 stores are now serving pork again. Areas that still don’t have pork available on the menu include Cleveland, Atlanta, North Carolina and South Carolina. It says all stores should have the meat back by the end of November, reports CNBC.

The shortage of pork at Chipotle restaurants was the result of one of its suppliers not meeting the company’s welfare standards for animals. CMG didn’t name the supplier, but it said that the pigs weren’t being housed properly. It’s tough standards makes it hard for the restaurant to keep pork in its stores, CNBC notes.

“The decision to stop selling Carnitas in many of our restaurants was an easy one,” Steve Ells, Chipotle’s co-CEO , told Fortune. “We simply will not compromise our high standards for animal welfare.”
