Here are your Apple Rumors for today:

Apple Rumors, iPhone 7, Schematics, AAPLHeadphones: Apple (AAPL) isn’t the only company interested in replacing the headphone jack, reports 9to5Mac. Intel Corporation (INTC) also recently said that it’s looking to replace the aging analog connection with a digital one. Rumors have claimed that AAPL wants to replace it with Bluetooth headphones or those that connect via the Lightning port. However, Intel is suggesting that it will be better to replace the connector with USB-C headphones, which could be given additional features through the digital connection. Either way, it looks like time is almost up for the 3.5mm headphone jack.

Police: Police are currently investigating a dead body that was found at Apple’s Cupertino headquarters, BGR notes. The body was discovered inside a conference room room and it’s unknown what exactly happened at this time. Details are slim concerning the event, but report claim that a woman with a head wound was escorted from the building and that there was an argument between her and another person.

Design: Schematics of Apple’s upcoming iPhone 7 have been leaked, reports MacRumors. The schematics were posted in a Japanese magazine named MacFan. The schematics include details for the 5.5-inch version of the samrtphone that comes equipped with the company’s rumored dual-camera system. The details in the schematics show that the new iPhone 7 will have the exact same dimensions as the iPhone 6s Plus. The design documents also don’t include a headphone jack on the upcoming device.
