The rumor claims that several suppliers in China have developed machines for creating curved glass shells for the smartphones. It also notes that companies such as Foxconn have already been through the tech company’s verification process for the curved display shells. AAPL wouldn’t be the first smartphone maker to have a curved display. However, it could help it attract customers with a differing design from past generations of the iPhone.
