Arianna Huffington has announced that she is leaving Huffington Post, which she founded, to lead a new company called Thrive Global.

Arianna Huffington will leave her role as editor-in-chief of the Huffington Post to be the CEO of Thirve Global. The company is a “corporate and consumer wellbeing and productivity platform.” It will offer classes, coaching and more to help workers reduce stress and be more productive.

Thrive Global claims that  $300 billion in the U.S. is lost to employees being stressed. However, it claims this can be avoided by balancing home and work life. It believes this will allow those employees to remain productive at work without sacrificing happiness at home.

“Change is desperately needed if another generation is to avoid the burnout that all too often comes with success today,” Arianna Huffington said in a statement. “That’s why I’m filled with excitement at the prospect of devoting the rest of my life to accelerating the culture shift away from merely surviving and succeeding to thriving.”

Arianna Huffington also said that she couldn’t split her focus between the two different companies. She said she would have to remain constantly busy to do so, and that this would defeat the goal of Thrive Global.

The new Thirve Global CEO also took to Twitter Inc (NYSE:TWTR) to announce her departure from Huffington Post. She encouraged the online publication’s team to remain strong despite her leaving as its editor-in-chief. Huffington also said that the only way to build something new was to do it with your full attention.
