McDonald’s Corporation (NYSE:MCD) will start testing out breakfast Happy Meals at select locations on Monday.

McDonald's, MCD, Breakfast Happy Meal

The breakfast Happy Meals will be sold at 73 McDonald’s locations in the Tulsa, Okla., area. The meals will include either two McGriddles or an Egg & Cheese McMuffin that lacks the Canadian bacon.

McDonald’s breakfast Happy Meals will also include several different options for sides. Kids can get apple slices or yogurt as sides anytime of the day. A kid’s order of fries can be added as a side during lunch and dinner times. Some restaurants will also be offering hash browns as sides for the meal.

If the breakfast Happy Meals are well received, the fast food chain may decide to introduce them nationally. However, this wouldn’t likely happen until sometime next year. The move comes after all-day breakfast was added earlier this year, reports USA Today.

McDonald’s has been conducting a lot of different tests to get customers back in its doors. The company just recently finished a test in Southern California that had it selling customers a Pesto Mozzarella Melt for $4.99.

The fast foot chain also opened a unique restaurant in Paris, France recently. The new store is called a “McCafe” location and it doesn’t serve hamburgers, french fries or chicken nuggets. Instead, it offers a variety of different sweets and desserts.

McDonald is also introducing a new menu item in Japan that definitely comes across the strange. This is pumpkin chocolate french fries that will be available from Sept. 28 until Halloween.
