It’s unknown if the higher level of storage will knock out one of the previous storage capacities, but another image lists the 128GB storage alongside 16GB and 64GB storage capacities.

Lawsuit: Lawyers are looking at the possibility of filing a class action lawsuit against Apple over the graphical issues found in many 2011 MacBook Pros, reports MacRumors. Whitfield Bryson & Mason LLP attorneys are seeking information from affected MacBook Pro owners concerning problems they’ve had in regards to the device. This information is being collected in the form of a survey. A petition demanding that Apple fix the issues with the 2011 MacBook Pros has surpassed 10,000 signatures.

USB: A patent with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office that was published today shows off a more detailed concept of Apple’s possible reversible USB connector, AppleInisder notes. The patent includes detailed designs for a USB Type A cable that is “180-degree symmetrical” and has a “double orientation design.” The USB cable described in the patent wouldn’t comply with official USB specifications, but third-party cables are already using a similar design. The patent falls in line with images that could be of Apple’s reversible USB connector that hit the web earlier this month.
