Electronic Arts’ (EA) Starwars Battlefront beta is live for Sony’s (SNE) PlayStation 4, Microsoft’s (MSFT) Xbox One and PC.

The Starwars Battlefront beta allows players to take control of soldiers in the Star Wars universe and battle it out against each other.
Here are a few things to know about the game, as collected from GameSpot.
- The PlayStation 4 version of the game runs at 900p and the Xbox One version runs at 720p.
- Both the Xbox One and PS4 versions of the game aim for 60fps, but the Xbox One drops down to 50fps more than the other.
- The beta is open to everyone.
- The beta started on yesterday and will last until Oct. 12.
- The Starwars Battlefront beta only allows players to reach level five.
- Players have access to various walkers and jet packs.
