A Chick-Fil-A diet is a new suggestion for how to eat healthy in 2016.
A recent photo of a bag from Chick-Fil-A started the Chick-Fil-A diet talk with a suggestion of eating small meals every three to four hours as a way to keep healthy in 2016. The bag mentions eating a meal of eight of the restaurant’s grilled nuggets as an example of this, which are actually decently healthy with 140 calories and 3 grams of fat a serving, reports Esquire.
The Chick-Fil-A diet has taken a bit of a twist online with many people thinking that the chain suggested a diet made up of just its grilled nuggets. This isn’t the case, but it hasn’t stopped Twitter (TWTR
) users from talking about it as such.
- “Eat Chik-Fil-A nuggets every 4 hours? Just found my new diet! LOL”
- “Finally, a diet I can stick to.”
- “Restarting my new years resolutions, january was a warm up. comin for ya, chick fil a diet ;)”
- “Ohhhh, a nugget challenge…?”
- “I have my own Chick-fil-A diet. I don’t eat that shit at all.”
