Rage Against the Machine has debuted a mystery clock with a countdown.
The rap-rock band tweeted “prophetsofrage.com #TakeThePowerBack.” The title is a reference to the band’s 1992 debut album.
It is believed that the countdown will reveal a tour between Rage Against the Machine and Public Enemy. People who sign up for the website that was tweeted get an email with the message “Clear the way for the prophets of rage.”
That is a line to a Public Enemy song. Chuck D — from Public Enemy — has been tweeting live performances of Rage Against the Machine.
