The Starbucks Corporation (SBUX) Pumpkin Spice Latte Is Back TODAY!

Starbucks Corporation (NASDAQ:SBUX) is now selling its Pumpkin Spice Latte to fans before its official launch.

Customers can an early access code from @TheRealPSL on Twitter Inc (NYSE:TWTR) for the drink. They can also just walk into their local stores and order the seasonal menu item.

This is the 16th year that Starbucks has released its Pumpkin Spice Latte. The drink is made of a pumpkin spice sauce. This sauce includes “real pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, clove and nutmeg.” Espresso and steamed milk are then added, with whipped cream and pumpkin pie sprinkles topping it off.

The Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte can also be ordered in different ways. Customers can get it served with ice or as a Frappuccino. The coffee chain is also testing out the drink with almond milk. However, this test is only available in select areas of the United States.

News that customers are allowed to order the Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte may be a bit of a surprise. The drink’s official launch date isn’t until Sept. 6.

The company also announced a new drink, the Chile Mocha, that is being added for Fall. It can start being ordered on Sept. 6 and is a sweet drink with a touch of spice.

“When we think about fall, often people think about warmth and spice, like cinnamon and apple pie,” Michelle Sundquist, senior product developer at Starbucks, said in a statement.. “We decided to take that idea in a new direction with chocolate and a bit of heat.”
