This is a rough week for Staar Surgical (NASDAQ:STAA). The company’s rating falls to D from the previous week’s C. Staar Surgical develops, manufactures, and markets high margin visual implants that improve a patient’s quality of vision. The stock also rates an F in Earnings Revisions.
