Fox claims that Dish Network started the blackout when it shut off the two channels at 11:50 p.m. on Sunday. However, Dish claims that the company removed its channels on its own at 11:59 p.m. that night, USA Today notes.

DISH shares were down 1% as of Monday afternoon.
