Grant Imahara is continuing his quest to discover what McDonald’s (MCD) food is made of.

In the most recent video, the former MythBuster checks out what goes into making the fast-food chain’s Chicken McNuggets. The video was recorded at a processing plant in Tennessee that is owned by Tyson Foods (TSN), reports Cnet.

The video shows workers cutting up chicken to be used for the McNuggets. The dark meat is separated from the rest of the chicken meat and isn’t used in the product. Then the rest of the meat is ground up and mixed with various ingredients that give it its unique flavor. After this the meat is pressed into a McNugget shape, partially fried and then flash-frozen for delivery, Cnet notes.

Imahara was part of another McDonald’s video that showed how the McRib is made. In this video, he was accompanied by a high school teacher that was skeptical about what the seasonal menu item was made out of.
