apple-rumors-iphone-7-plus-storage-aaplStore: A new Apple (AAPL) Store will be opening in Shenyang, China on Saturday, reports AppleInsider. The new location will be the second Store that the company has located in Shenyang. Its grand opening will take place at 10:00 a.m. and it’s located in the MixC mall. This new opening falls in line with the company’s previously announced plans to open more Stores in China.

Beta: Apple has released the second iOS 9.2.1 beta to developers, 9to5Mac notes. The new release has a build of 13D14 and is mostly going to contain bug fixes over the previous version of iOS 9. It’s also possible that iOS 9.2.1 will be the final iOS 9.2 release before iOS 9.3 is launched, which could happen with the company’s rumored 4-inch iPhone that may hit stores in Spring. Developers are advised to back up data as the new iOS 9.2.1 beta can’t be downgraded once installed on a device.

iPhone: A new rumor claims there are some major upgrades coming to the iPhone 7 Plus, reports MacRumors. According to this rumor, the iPhone 7 will have a 256GB version. This is double the size of the largest storage option that is available on the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus. However, the rumor doesn’t mention other iPhone 7 storage variants. This same rumor also claims that the iPhone 7 will come equipped with a 3,100 mAh battery. The iPhone 6s Plus sports a 2,750 mAh battery. It’s believed that these rumored features will be exclusive to the iPhone 7 Plus and won’t be available on the normal iPhone 7.
