Spotify was down this morning for many users across the world.
Spotify users in North American and Europe both took to Twitter Inc (TWTR) to complain about issues with the service. The music streaming service started looking into the issues at around 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
About an hour after it first said it was looking into the outage, Spotify informed users that it had fixed the issue. It told its users to sign out and back in to the service to make sure that everything worked properly.
In related news, the service announced on Monday that it had surpassed the 100-million mark for monthly active users.
