The problems facing users after the Windows 10 Anniversary Update has resulted in a Reddit thread with almost 700 comments and questions about the update. Many users are actively rolling back to the previous version of Windows 10 just to get around the issues in the update.
While a rollback seems to be the best way to get around the issues, some users have reported that the problems from the Windows 10 Anniversary Update continue to be present in the previous version. This has resulted in some users doing a clean install of the operating system.
There’s also the problem of getting to the rollback menu. Many users in the forum haven’t been able to do so because the Windows 10 Anniversary Update will cause their computers to freeze up before they can. Another complaint about the Windows 10 Anniversary Update is that it will sometimes limit internet speeds. It is believed that the Window Auto-Tuning feature is the culprit of this problem. Users can simply disable it to get their internet speeds back to normal.
